At AIIMA Sports, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and labels are included.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
